selection of items that are approved by Corporate Marketing to be personalized
with broker’s name, title and phone number. Brokers view products and order
on-line via RBC Dain Rauscher intranet. Brokers are faxed or e-mailed a paper
proof for approval of their imprint. Invoicing is done on one consolidated
invoice to Corporate including a detailed electronic recap of individual broker
orders and cost centers for general ledger interfacing, saving the client
bookkeeping time and frustration.
