Operations Support:
PromoAdvantage is equipped with the latest versions of personal office software,
computer system platforms and industry-designed software. An internet web access
system allows our staff to access our total operating network for communication,
processing and reporting from off-site locations. The staffing and operations of
PromoAdvantage are designed specifically to meet the changing needs of our clients.
PromoAdvantage Marketing currently has more than 10,000 square feet of warehouse
available for program stock and fulfillment. Additional space is accessible for expanded need.
Our shipping methods include UPS, FedEx and USPS with expedited delivery available for
same day, next day, two or three-day service. All delivery methods are designed to meet
the customer’s requirements. Our goal is to provide the most cost effective delivery service
available based on the directed customer needs. We also provide, on request, fulfillment
services directly to locations, i.e.: convention centers, regional staff meetings, etc. All of
these services are designed to save costs and valuable time for our customer’s internal staff.
